REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY
At 8 Dimensions, we provide professional digital and consulting services that involve strategy, planning, and execution. Due to the nature of these services, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance

  • Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for that period

  • Clients may cancel their subscription according to the cancellation terms stated in their plan

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period

3. PROJECT-BASED SERVICES
For one-time or project-based services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, all completed work remains payable

  • Any unused scope is forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

  • A billing error occurred on our side

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Failure to provide required information, feedback, or approvals does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. TERMINATION BY 8 DIMENSIONS
If services are terminated by 8 Dimensions due to breach of terms or non-payment, no refunds will be issued.
