Services are delivered on a subscription or project basis, as agreed in writing with the client.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While we apply professional methodologies and structured systems, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to follower growth, revenue, engagement, or business outcomes.
Results depend on multiple external factors, including client participation, market conditions, and third-party platform changes.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes

• Maintain professional and respectful communication

• Use delivered materials in a lawful and ethical manner

Delays caused by missing approvals or information may affect timelines and outcomes.
5. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• All prices are stated in EUR (€)

• Subscription services are billed monthly

• Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, unless otherwise agreed

• Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All strategies, systems, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of 8 Dimensions

• Final delivered content may be used by the client for their own brand and marketing purposes

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reuse materials for third parties without written permission

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, strategic, or personal information shared during the collaboration.
This obligation survives termination of services.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• These Terms are breached

• There is abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior

• Payments are not made as agreed

Clients may terminate services according to the cancellation terms of their plan.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8 Dimensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the preceding billing period.
10. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access restricted areas

• Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without authorization

We reserve the right to modify or update the website at any time without prior notice.
11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
